Eligibility Requirements for Surrogacy

To ensure a safe and ethical program, surrogates must meet strict eligibility standards

1 Age

Between 21 and 38 years old

2 Health

Must be in good physical and mental health with no major hereditary conditions

3 Reproductive History

Must have previously given birth to at least one healthy child.
No complications in previous pregnancies

4 Lifestyle

Must be a non-smoker, non-drug user, and lead a healthy lifestyle

5 BMI

Within medically acceptable range

6 Medical History

No history of sexually transmitted infections or chronic illnesses

7 Emotional Readiness

Must pass psychological and mental health evaluation

8 Confidentiality

Must be willing to maintain discretion and respect the privacy of intended parents

9 Consent

Must provide fully informed written consent for participation

10 Psychological Readiness:

Must demonstrate emotional maturity and stability
