Psychological and Mental Health Assessment

Psychological and Mental Health Assessment

We provide professional emotional support for donors, surrogates, and intended parents throughout the process, including readiness assessments and ongoing counseling.

Over the last 35 Years we made an impact that is strong & we have long way to go.

we recognize that assisted reproduction is as much an emotional experience as it is a medical one.
The decisions and responsibilities carried by intended parents, surrogates, egg donors, and sperm donors require emotional readiness, psychological stability, and compassionate guidance.

Our Psychological Counseling and Mental Health Assessment Service ensures that every participant is fully prepared, supported, and empowered throughout the entire journey.

Program Structure

Our Egg Donor Program operates through a structured and transparent process that ensures comfort, safety, and fairness for all parties.

1
Before joining any program—surrogacy, egg donation, or sperm donation—participants undergo a comprehensive psychological evaluation conducted by licensed mental health professionals.
Our assessment covers:
  • Emotional readiness and stability
  • Understanding of responsibilities and expectations
  • Ability to cope with stress and medical procedures
  • Motivation for participating in the program
  • Mental health history and wellness profile
  • Behavioral and personality assessment
  • Capacity for informed consent
These assessments ensure that every participant is psychologically fit, ethically prepared, and fully aware of the implications of the process.
2
Surrogates require strong emotional support throughout the journey, from the decision to carry a child to post-birth transition.
Counseling for surrogates includes:
  • Pre-surrogacy readiness sessions
  • Emotional preparation for pregnancy and delivery
  • Support through IVF cycles, embryo transfer, and treatment
  • Guidance for balancing personal life and pregnancy responsibilities
  • Managing expectations and boundaries with intended parents
  • Post-birth emotional support and transition counseling
We ensure surrogates feel respected, valued, and supported at every stage.
3
Donating eggs or sperm is a meaningful decision with long-term psychological considerations.
Our donor counseling includes:
  • Understanding the medical process and emotional implications
  • Clarifying anonymity or identity disclosure preferences
  • Exploring personal motivations for donation
  • Discussing future emotional impact and potential offspring outcomes
  • Consent and non-parentage counseling
  • Mental wellness check-ins after donation
Our goal is to ensure donors feel secure, informed, and emotionally grounded.

Intended parents often experience a mix of hope, anxiety, and uncertainty. We provide supportive counseling to guide them through every step.
Counseling covers:
  • Emotional readiness for surrogacy or donor programs
  • Expectations around pregnancy, delivery, and parental rights
  • Understanding boundaries and communication with surrogates or donors
  • Support for individuals facing infertility-related grief or stress
  • Preparation for parenthood at birth and early bonding
Our counselors ensure intended parents feel confident, supported, and mentally prepared for the journey ahead.
5
Mental health needs do not end after screening. We provide continuous emotional support to ensure a healthy and stress-managed experience.
Ongoing support includes:
  • Regular check-ins during medical procedures
  • Stress and anxiety management
  • Couples counseling (where relevant)
  • Crisis intervention and emotional stabilization
  • Pre- and post-delivery support sessions
  • Adjustment and aftercare for donors and surrogates
Every participant has access to confidential, professional help when needed.
6
After delivery or donation, emotional processing is essential.
We offer:
  • Post-birth counseling for surrogates
  • Emotional debriefing for intended parents
